DESCRIPTION
Tate Modern hosts an array of international modern and contemporary art. Tate first opened its doors to the public in 1897. Today it has four major sites and 70,000 artworks as a collective body of Galleries Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St. Ives.
