London Zoo

DESCRIPTION

The London Zoo houses many different kinds of species of animals, birds, reptiles, fish, and many more. The beautiful creatures and the nature of the Zoo make it a perfect destination for a family outing. The several animal shows and the small playground make it enjoyable for both adults and children. The two best shows to view, recommended by many, is the penguin feeding and the bird show. You will be taken on boat ride through the Venice Channel before ending your journey, which takes you near Edgware Road, with beautiful buildings and palaces overlooking the channel along the way. Facts About London Zoo: - London Zoo was first opened to the public in 1847, on an area of 36 Acres, and it houses over 700 wonderful species. - It has a huge land for the lions that provides facilities to help in breeding groups of Asiatic lions, which are endangered, and now only 400 remain in the wild.
