Cheltenham Festival is one of the most popular and widely-known race meets in the UK and indeed the world - renowned for its atmosphere (the famous 'Cheltenham Roar'), generous prizes and high stakes, Grade I Races. The Festival takes place over four days including St Patricks Day, making it a popular destination for Irish racing fans on the third day of the meet. HOSPITALITY The vast majority of hospitality options at Cheltenham are hosted in the tented village adjacent to the course, and although hosting at these can provide an excellent experience at the races, our stronger preference is for the Premium Hospitality options held within the Racecourse and enclosures. These can be harder to book, but we run a full program at Cheltenham meaning we can make reservations to serve a wide variety of needs, from an intimate table at the exclusive Chez Roux restaurant to a private, catered and staffed marquee for 100 + corporate guests Boxes - We are able to reserve private boxes all four race days at Cheltenham, able to accommodate between 10-30 guests at a time. Boxes are able to suit a range of budgets and can be arranged with champagne receptions, catering, buffets, full staffing, canapes, teas, coffees and more. Chez Roux - Run by world-famous, critically acclaimed chef Albert Roux, Chez Roux is a superb choice for the discerning diner. With an outstanding menu, open bar, champagne reception, and great views from the 3rd floor of The Village to enjoy the race. Chez Roux contains a lounge area and private betting facilities. The Panoramic - Undoubtedly the best views at Cheltenham. Located on the 5th floor of the main grandstand, The Panoramic displays the entire course. With a five course a la carte menu and a three-story terrace layout, the restaurant comes recommended as a premium option at the Festival. Other Restaurants - There are a multitude of restaurant options to suit all budgets and tastes, including the Gold Cup Restaurant, Final Fence and Paddock View. Tented Hospitality - Whilst boxes and restaurants can accommodate groups of a reasonable size, large corporate or group bookings may find their needs best served in one of the many catered tents adjacent to the course. With a range of fully customisable options, please get in touch to discuss. ENCLOSURES & EXTRAS The Club is Cheltenham's most exclusive enclosure with the finest views and refreshment options. Tattersalls is also a popular choice with many due to its extensive facilities, although Club badge holders automatically gain entry to Tattersalls for The Festival. We can assist with accommodation and transport to and from Cheltenham, with options for chauffeured vehicles, helicopter transfers and more.
