DESCRIPTION

Richmond Park was created by King Charles I in the 17th Century and, at 2,360 acres, is the largest of London’s Royal Parks. The park is also a top UK site for ancient trees, especially oak trees. With over 144 species of birds, including owls, kestrels and woodpeckers and numerous types of mammals including deer, this is the perfect place for nature lovers to visit.

Opening Hours

Pedestrian Gates are open 24 hours (except during the deer cull in November and February. During these months, pedestrian gates open at 7:30 am and close at 8:00 pm).
