Their rental station is just a short shuttle bus ride from terminals 2, 3 and 4. If you're arriving at Heathrow Terminal 2, they offer a Fast Track pick-up service from outside T2's arrivals hall. You can collect your car from Terminal 5's short-stay car park on level 4.
Tips
When returning the car you must make sure that it has the same level of petrol as it did when you receive it. For extra charges you are able to purchase a sat nav, a booster seat, a child seat, and you can also add additional drivers.
