DESCRIPTION

As the flat racing season begins, all eyes look to Royal Ascot for the meet in mid-June - the most prestigious and exciting race on the calendar - not to mention the best attended in Europe. Ascot is attended by the British Royal Family each year, and is a permanent social fixture for public and society figures. Steeped in tradition, the Royal Enclosure still holds a strict dress code, and each race day is launched by the raising of the Queen's Royal Standard. We are proud to assist our clients with every possible need at Royal Ascot - from reservations at the members-only Parade Ring restaurant, Royal Enclosure badges, to a box with great views of the finish, or fine dining options for a large party.  We are proud to assist our clients with a variety of hospitality packages - in addition to box seats, fine dining, and private restaurants, we are able to access a limited number of tables at the members-only Parade Ring restaurant in the Royal Enclosure. This allows diners to enjoy incredible views of all the action from their seats whilst enjoying champagne and world-class fine dining, or from the terrace balcony which they will share with Queen Elizabeth and the Royal Family after she opens the race. The most popular day of the meet tends to be Gold Cup/Ladies Day. Guests will generally choose to observe the day’s action from the Royal Enclosure, a private box, or the Queen Anne Enclosure. Premium catering can be arranged for private boxes, and there a multitude of dining options for those spectating from one of the two main enclosures. The four Royal Enclosure options are all first class - consisting of the Parade Ring, Windsor Forest, and Panoramic restaurants and the Wyndham Club. Dining options at the Queen Anne enclosure include the Pavilion and Old Paddock restaurants. DRESS CODE A strict dress code is maintained within the Royal Enclosure.
