London Eye

The world famous London Eye is Europe's tallest Ferris wheel, rotating and overlooking the River Thames and on the opposite side of the Big Ben. The London Eye was first opened to the public in 2000, and was the world’s tallest Ferris wheel, being 135 meters tall with a diameter of 120 meters. It consists of 32 glass capsules and takes approximately 30 minutes to finish. The Singapore Flyer then surpassed it in 2008, but even then it was world’s most iconic Ferris wheel attraction.
